Payment

We accept payment online through Paypal. Using Paypal you can pay using all major credit and debit cards. You don't have to have a paypal account to purchase from us. You can also pay by cheque (made payable to 'Bramblings Toys') - please download an Order Form from our 'Contact Us' page.

Delivery

Delivery will normally be within 2-3 working days. However, if an item is out of stock or there is to be a delay, we will contact you to let you know.

 

Postage & Packaging Costs (UK)

Orders under £50.00: £2.50
Orders over £50.00: FREE

Overseas Delivery

We will be pleased to send parcels to Europe. Overseas delivery is charged at cost - please contact us by email for a quote: sales@bramblingstoys.co.uk

Safety

All our toys have been rigorously tested for safety and conform to CE (European) Standards. All paint used is non-toxic. Some toys are clearly marked as unsuitable for children under 36 months, due to small parts.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with any purchase we will gladly replace the item or make a full refund of the purchase price.*

Simply return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days (after 14 days, a credit note will be issued).

Important: Please ask for a "Proof of Posting" (free of charge) from your Post Office when making a return.

* With the exception of damaged or faulty goods, postage charges are non-refundable

Statement

We have taken every care in describing the toys as accurately as possible. However, there may be slight variations occasionally due to the natural materials used and the handmade nature of the products. Bramblings Toys shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from the breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
